Keyence Corporation brings Japanese precision engineering to industrial flow measurement with the FD-G and FD-R series ultrasonic flow meters. Emergent Metering offers Keyence flow meters for applications requiring the highest measurement accuracy and reliability.

The FD-G series measures compressed air, nitrogen, and industrial gases using ultrasonic transit-time technology. Available in multiple pipe sizes (FD-G25, FD-G50, FD-G125, FD-G200), the meters provide accurate SCFM readings with fast response time and excellent repeatability. Clamp-on and inline configurations are available to match installation requirements.

The FD-R series applies the same ultrasonic technology to liquid flow measurement — water, coolant, chemicals, and process fluids. The non-invasive measurement principle means no pressure drop and no moving parts to wear or foul. Both series feature compact, integrated designs with digital displays and analog/digital outputs for system integration. Keyence meters are widely deployed in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and precision manufacturing environments where measurement accuracy is critical.
