Privacy
We collect only the information needed to deliver your metering platform and operate your account. We never sell customer data. A full privacy policy is available on request.
Returns
Unused hardware in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Contact support before returning any item to receive an RMA.
Terms of Service
Use of the Emergent Metering platform is governed by our master services agreement. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the renewal date.
